Todd H. Prevett
A longtime resident of Mont Vernon, New Hampshire, Todd enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1991, where he earned a degree in finance and business and was a member of several honor’s societies. Todd worked at State Street Bank and Trust in North Quincy, Massachusetts until he entered law school at the Massachusetts School of Law in 1996.
After graduating from MSL in 1999 as Salutatorian, cum laude, Todd began practicing law as a partner in Prevett & Prevett, LLP. He is currently admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, where he enjoys practicing family law, mediation/arbitration, criminal law, and representing children as Guardian Ad Litem. In his spare time, Todd enjoys practicing martial arts, sailing and fishing.
After completing arbitration training in June, 2003, Todd was certified as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, specializing in automobile warranty disputes as part of the AutoLine Program. He is also a Board-certified Guardian Ad Litem for children in the New Hampshire court system, a certified Rule 31 Mediator and Arbitrator, a U.S. District Court Mediator, and a Mediator for the New Hampshire Commission on Human Rights. Todd has recently become a Certified Marital Mediator in the New Hampshire Court system and a CADRES-approved mediator and arbitrator in the State of Maine. Todd is the founder of Prevett Law Offices.

Peter D. Prevett (Retired)
Another longtime resident of Mont Vernon, New Hampshire, Peter is a graduate of Tulane University, Northeastern University, and Hampshire College. After working as an electrical engineer and managing his own business for 30 years, Peter attended the Massachusetts School of Law, graduating in 1991.
Peter worked as a solo practioner in Andover, Massachusetts for 10 years before being joined by his son, Todd, in 1999. Peter recently retired after a colorful twenty-four year career in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Currently, Peter is enjoying spending time with his grandson, taking on-line classes, and reading novels.
